# Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9/15/2026

Medix Digital ("Medix," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website medixagency.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Site or submitting our contact form, you agree to this Policy.

We are a marketing agency for dental practices. This Policy covers our own website and business. It does not cover the separate websites, ad campaigns, or patient data of our clients, which are governed by those practices' own policies.

---

## 1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

- Your name

- Your practice name

- Your email address

- Your phone number (if provided)

- What you'd like more of / your message

Please do not send health information. Our forms are for business inquiries only. We ask that you not include any patient information or personal health details in messages to us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring page. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

We do not knowingly collect Protected Health Information (PHI) through the Site, and we do not intend the Site to be used to transmit PHI.

## 2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

- Respond to your inquiry and contact you about our services (including to start your free first month);

- Provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services;

- Send you information you've requested or that relates to our services;

- Maintain security and prevent spam or abuse;

- Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

## 3. How we share your information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

- Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the Site and communicate with you. These currently include:

- Squarespace — website hosting and platform

- Web3Forms — processing contact-form submissions and delivering them to us by email

- Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — website analytics and advertising

- Stripe — payment processing for clients who enroll in our services

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

- Business transfers. If Medix is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

## 4. How we protect and keep your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep contact-form information only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, then delete it in the ordinary course.

## 5. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. This can include tools like Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag, and the Meta Pixel, which help us understand Site traffic and measure ad performance.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through cookie-consent controls on the Site. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works. [NOTE TO JAKE: if you run ad pixels, confirm with your attorney whether you need a cookie-consent banner for your visitors' locations — and be careful never to place pixels that could capture health-related intent, per FTC/HHS guidance.]

## 6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at jake@medixagency.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

- California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information and may opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. [Confirm applicability with counsel.]

- Other U.S. states / GDPR: If other state or international privacy laws apply to you, we will honor the rights those laws provide. [Confirm applicability with counsel.]

No guarantee of results. Any figures, projections, or estimates shown on the Site (including the ROI calculator) are illustrations only and are not a promise or guarantee of leads, new patients, revenue, or return. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

## 3. Contacting us / submissions

When you submit our contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and not to include patient information or personal health details. How we handle information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy. We may contact you in response to your inquiry, including about starting your free first month.

## 4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

- Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;

- Submit false information or impersonate another person or practice;

- Send spam, malware, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site;

## 5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the "Medix Digital" name, page designs, and the ROI calculator — are owned by Medix or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our written permission.

## 6. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on and may link to third-party platforms (such as Squarespace, Web3Forms, Google, Meta, and Stripe). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, policies, or actions. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

## 7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

## 8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Medix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed [$100 / USD 100]. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

## 9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Medix harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

## 10. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
